In order to protect our valued community, we want to assure you that DC Cleaners is taking the necessary precautions to keep you and our team safe and healthy.
After a thorough review of our process and the recommendations issued by the Public Health Agency of Canada (PHAC), we have implemented a number of mandatory steps in how we conduct our service.

To always use Face Masks and other personal protection equipment, such as gloves.

We will always use newly laundered and sanitized supplies to prevent home to home germ spread.

We will sanitize each piece of equipment we use in your home after use.

Our cleaning cloths are laundered and sanitized daily.

Our car interiors are sanitized daily.

Our team is provided an antiviral and antibacterial hand sanitizer to use regularly.

To ensure social distancing, we request that clients are either away from their homes or isolated in a particular room during the cleaning.

We have a strict policy requiring any staff member experiencing cold or flu symptoms to stay home.

We have added disinfection services as an add on to your cleaning service. Our team will disinfect light switches, doorknobs, and other “high touch” surfaces.
